Windows 8.1 with the Start button ready to be launched - Technology giant Microsoft has officially announced that the new Windows 8.1 operating system has reached the RTM (release to manufacturing) and ready to be launched. With the release of this announcement via the official Windows blog, the manufacturers of electronic devices are also confirmed to have received the Windows 8.1 OS to be pinned on their devices.
